The Big Green Box
The big green box is a white box with a decorative green recycling logo. It is a product suitable for everyone from a small family to a big retail store. It provides an easy and cost effective way for recycling batteries. It can recycle mixtures of any nickel, lithium, alkaline, mercury and all other batteries. This product is in compliance with government regulations for waste disposal. There are basically three steps. First the big green box has to be placed in a convenient location. Several plastic bags are provided with the big green box. The second step is to place the batteries in these provided plastic bags. Placing the batteries in the bag prevents unintentional discharge or short circuit. Now put the plastic bag inside the big green box. When the bag is full, the last step is to drop the big green box at any UPS location. The big green box is not only used for battery recycling but also for other electronics.
